All trophies received for crating and shipping will be custom crated with plywood and 2x2 bracing.
Crating prices include receiving and tagging trophies, checking over for problems, re salting & drying capes & hides, and applying for and obtaining Yukon export permits & CITES permits.  Fee does not include extra cleaning or bleaching (except for sheep) or any extra skinning or fleshing of capes and hides or preserving or stripping antler velvet.  Please note that freight charges and customs fees are not included in crating prices. 

We must receive client's full name, address, phone/fax number, e:mail address and license information together with the trophy.  Please label each item with your first and last name.  Tyvek tags and zip ties are available for pick up at the shop or from your outfitter. Please avoid using wire on or near capes as it create rust stains. 

All moose and caribou skulls that are received intact without further instructions to be cut or left whole will be left whole and cleaned immediately upon arrival at the client's expense.  Therefore, please make sure that the skulls are either delivered in the state you would like them left or accompanied by instructions.  Moose and caribou skulls will not be cut or split unless specific instructions are received to do so.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS 

Crates will be shipped freight and insurance collect to Talon Distribution in Edmonton - our freight forwarder for US and International shipments. European shipments
All bone material entering the European Union and some other countries has to be boiled and bleached.  The cost of boiling and bleaching is additional to crating fees.  See Taxidermy Price list.  Moose, caribou, sheep and goats etc. also require a Veterinary Health Certificate (Annex A).  A European Union CITES Import Permit  is required for most endangered species except for black bear.  Due to the process of obtaining the Vet Certificate and the CITES Import permit it is not possible for overseas hunters to bring their trophies home with them on the plane when they leave Whitehorse.       

European and US Shipments
A Cites permit is required for all endangered species including grizzly, black bear, bison, polar bear, lynx, and wolf. A Yukon export permit is required for all species.

SHIPMENTS WITHIN CANADA  

Trophies will be crated as above and sent by truck or bus directly to the customer.  Crating fee and freight cost is due before shipping.
